Little or no change is expected in policies.

Ray Mallon's destruction of Longridge wood left Middlesbrough lacking wildlife facilities hence the creation of Middlesbrough's new town centre wildlife park based in Gresham. Middlesbrough's new Mayor David Budd will continue the work by expanding the new Gresham Theme Park to include the area known as the Gem Streets. Dave Budd signed the Citizens Charter giving Citizens and Residents of Middlesbrough the power to oversee the crucial eco footprint friendly work undertaken by Middlesbrough Council. Arrangements are being made to provide residents sweeping brushes and shovels to clean up all the shit left by Middlesbrough Council. New arrangements for Refuse Collection across Middlesbrough whereby Citizens and Residents will be made to clean up and dispose of their rubbish. If Citizens and Residents do not take on this responsibility heavy fines and penalties are expected to be rolled out.

Middlesbrough, can residents finally make contact with their Labour MP & Councillors. After years of Middlesbrough residents being left in the dark when it comes to representation by elected members. Citizens of Middlesbrough believe it is now easier to contact the previous Member of Parliament by Ouija board than it was by letter or telephone. Residents are finding the present MP and new Mayor David Budd just as difficult to contact. A new local experiment is to be trialled based on the Jurassic Park saga of films. Led by Ray "The Wild Man of Middlesbrough" Mallon and assisted by his protege Dave "Bent Talker" Budd are expected to set loose in the Gresham Theme Park Bob "the builder" Brady and Tracey "Judith Chambers - wish you were here" Harvey Possibly included will be the Labour MP for Middlesbrough if he doesn't continue supporting Mallon's and now Budd's policies. Residents will then be invited at a cost to hunt these rare specimens down. All Labour Councillors should take heed for this fate may befall them. The new Theme Park could be a reminder for them to map out their future prospects by continuing support of Mallon and now new Mayor Budd's policies of destruction. Old maps stated "Here Be Dragons" Labour Members sent to the new Theme Park may meet these monsters.
