the egging of a tyrant?

Post by BoroBot »

The plot thickens –
Chairman of the Bench Michael Poole said the assault had been “premeditated” and that the “location of the offence was deliberately timed for maximum impact”.
Is this the very same Michael Poole Middlesbrough Estate Agent
given by MBC Executive unlimited control of downwardly price fixing homes on Middlesbrough Council demolition lists
Homes in St Hilda’s
Homes in Middlehaven
Homes in Gresham
Homes in Whinny Banks
Homes in West Lane

Oh what a web we weave………….
It also bars him from entering The Avenue, in Middlesbrough, until further notice.

Man who egged Sir Stuart Bell is given ban and fine
by Krysta Eaves, Evening Gazette Mar 6 2012
THE man who egged Sir Stuart Bell has been given an indefinite restraining order banning him from coming into contact with the MP.
Terrence Edward Dixon also received a £40 fine, and was ordered to pay £135 costs, when he was sentenced for his attack on the Middlesbrough MP at Teesside Magistrates’ Court, yesterday.
Dixon threw an egg at Sir Stuart’s head during a Remembrance Parade at the cenotaph on Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, on November 13 last year.
Sir Stuart had been talking to Middlesbrough Mayor Ray Mallon and councillors at the time of the assault. It was previously reported that Mr Mallon made a citizen’s arrest and held the suspect until police arrived.
Dixon told the police officer who subsequently arrested him: “I meant to do it. I wanted to be arrested”, prosecutor Vickie Wilson said.
She added that his act was the “gratuitous degradation” of a person in public.
Dixon, 54, of Liverton Avenue, Middlesbrough, was due to stand trial on February 12 but then pleaded guilty to the charge of assault.
John Nixon, defending, said his client attacked Sir Stuart as he felt he had not been fully helped in trying to re-open investigations into an attack on his son in the 1990s.
He said: “His perception is that he was not given the help that he ought to have been given.
“The issues that he identified were not addressed.”
He added that Dixon suffers from post traumatic stress following the assault on his eight-year-old son.
Chairman of the Bench Michael Poole said the assault had been “premeditated” and that the “location of the offence was deliberately timed for maximum impact”.
Dixon’s restraining order bans him from contacting Sir Stuart or his wife, Lady Margaret directly or indirectly, except through a solicitor.
It also bars him from entering The Avenue, in Middlesbrough, until further notice.
