Who on earth is going to take these Councillors seriously, when they vote for a Council tax rise , in one of the most deprived areas in the Country. They are not interested in what you or i say,as they seem to do what they are going to do anyway.
Both news channel's mentioned yesterday, that only a small minority have not accepted the offer from the Government. Some are even cutting their next Council tax bill's. All this Council does,is sit there and blame the Government for their own ill spending over the years. Fifth anniversary for the fifth visitor.lol.
Joking apart,i think the visiting figures are not a true reflection. Take away the cafe users, and the staff in and out, which counts as visitors every day. Then there's those kiddies school trips(bet they wet their selves with excitement) that boost the numbers.
The thing that jumps out at me is: Quote.
One major change is that mima is likely to become a trust.
Does that mean that there will be three or four Labour Councillors appointed to sit in the trough, sorry,i meant board, and claim thousands of pounds more for attending?
:) ;)
