Hi BoroBot,

Does this include those who have submitted letters to the local paper, EG, and of which have not been printed?

For what ever reasons!

Yes - I hear he likes to twitter with members of the Youth Parliament - I suppose that is because the leader is a Labour party member, as is the leaders' Mother who also works for MBC. More tentacles than an octopus. ;) ;) ;)

Hi Alex
I know of one Labour councillor called Junier (that's his surname by the way - not his nick name) and he spends much of his time twittering.
He wants to get out and about his ward area, and get all that grafitti and fly tipping sorted, you know the stuff he said on national TV was NOT a feature of his ward.

yes he does

I wonder if he expressed this opinion when they courted Top gear to appear at MIMA
CllrlenJunier Len Junier
@ @BBC_TopGear it amazes me that anyone in the north will watch a show that has such an anti northerner in it?

Seems the EG gets a comment from the Cllr
CllrlenJunier Len Junier
Chris foote wood has a go at our Mayor in the gazette. I tend to think its best to check your facts before you have a dig. Cheap shot?
Yes, looks like he's serious about standing against Mallon

Councillors workload....

I always thouight JohnR was a pretty decent moderator - though my postings there kind of ended after i was banned, my brother who posted laterly likewise felt the same, he even argued against the labourites who were calling for JohnR's removal last year.

But it seems that behnd the scenes things were different as his own comments in an exchange he considered private show, I won't comment on the rights and wrongs of what he considered should have remained private as I was not privvy to any of it until recently - but have noted he supports the likes of Wikileaks, and remember comments myself he made about leaked information, lost discs, off the cuff comments being made public, so now that it has happened to him, granted on the smaller scale of the EG forum it seems a bit rich that he is attacking Bowen for the revelations, as he claims thats where it came from - again I don't know if it did or not. What his comments have shown is what many believed, the EG forum is biased, protects Labour MBC and Mallon and will not censor those attacks, lies and sometimes libels against those the Labour group decree are "enemies".

And "Enemies" is the word they use to describe McTigue and Tosha, and even me back in the day.

My banning was even more blatant and politically motivated than Toshas - engineered by a Moderator [not JohnR], after the special posters "invited to the forum to deal with you" was how one of them described it, failed miserably.

I thought JohnR was a good moderator, my brother also thought the same, since his return to posting however he has shown, by the way he posts he is no different to the comrades, posting using the same tactic, just like them, attacking the same individual just like them, breaching T&C to do it, just like them, and being immune from the forum rules, just like them.

Saying one thing on the forum as a moderator and saying and doing another in private - to other moderators and who knows who else, then throwing his teddy out when his revelations about how the forum is ran got made public.

Such is the way of moderation at the EG Forum

I've taked a one off consultancy job, similar to my previous job before we moved away, which ended with me being given a golden goodbye, and paid off with a confidentially clause not to publish a report I had written that was commissioned with taxpayer money paid to my employer - they did not dig what I had to say - unfortunately the relevance is now even more important and dire, and have to admit I shouldn't have signed that confidentiality clause, but I saw the £ signs, and with hindsight, I have to admit, greed got in the way - and the chance to move abroad, to Malta - which I have wanted to do for years was just too great, along with the pressure from Mrs D :D

So I'm renting a house locally for a couple months for this particualr gig, but we get to spend extra time with my brother and his family - though he's back at work now, its fun, but his wife has had it with the area - she's German, and she wants out - personally I reckon its for the best, like myself he has found himself marked by his Labour councillors and Council for special treatment. And thanksa to New Labours criminal ineptitude he found hinself a year ago with the opportunity to make a lot of money fairly quickly - risk was involved but he got through it and cashed in so he can afford to go now, its only a matter of timings.

I suspect like me this council and especially certain labour councillors will be glad to see the back of him, they hate their failings. and other things, being highlighted.

For instance - can you guess the identity of a councillor who uses his home to run a business, but pays residential council tax, not business rate and has done so for several years ?
