Have you ever felt Authorities are taking the Piss out of you?
In these uncertain days were Andy Barnum has taken over the Circus at parliament
Andy has now created at no cost to him..... you are all paying for it a new expensive three ring circus
Ring one in the House of Commons
Ring two in the House of Lords
Ring three in Manchester were Andy Barnum left the place in 1.83 Billion £'s in debt
