Middlesbrough: the bright lights
Middlesbrough Council are expected to announce new methods to achieve carbon emission targets…
Street lights will be turned off by the bright lights at Middlesbrough town hall
the plan started when hundreds of homes across the town were demolished by the “spoof” Labour Party.
Phase two of the Middlesbrough plan will include demolishing two or three houses adjacent to all the towns street lights
the savings are expected to go towards further increases in executive’s salaries and Councillor expenses.
MIMA is expected to be illuminated with bonfires of burning books from closed down libraries.

renamed locally "Ray Mallon Pathway"
Ray Mallon's connections in the trade of death are expected to come in handy...
with offers of reduced cost funerals for residents

Street lights turned off in their thousands to meet carbon emission targets
Huge swathes of Britain are being plunged into darkness as more and more streetlights are switched off by councils and roads authorities.
