BB has posted on the MCN Forum, a legal notice purporting to be from Bells lawyers, advising media outlets of what is true and what isn’t. You can read it here. A ‘scribd’ version of the letter, from Schillings Solicitors,

cllr McTigue
Despite the demise of the EG forum, the MCN forum and the general ‘hush’ that has descended upon the local forum sites in general, there is one poster who continues to follow me, making ridiculous accusations and false or misleading assertations regarding past events. On the Evening Gazette forum, the poster used the identities Bowen, geronimo and a number of others. On MCN, she again used a number of different ID’s to give the impression that she had ‘support’ from other individuals but her main ID ‘Bowen2011′ was banned from posting. This was done because the operator of the MCN Forum believed the same poster to be cllr McTigue and did not condone her actions or motives.
