It must be asked of Ray Mallon where was the protection
for hundreds of Middlesbrough property owners hounded out of their homes with threats of CPO?

What will be the way the protection works? Will it be of the BE AFRAID...BE VERY AFRAID type of activity?

You know, the early morning hours visit by the "boys"! Will the protection be contracted out?
